Why you should eat seasonal fruits?

 

Seasonal fruits are one of the best choices to keep you healthy and free from disease. It is not the only healthy options but it contains lot of nutrients. One should visit the local market for seasonal fruits and the fruit which found in abundance is the seasonal fruits. It also gives varieties of taste which you can enjoy in terms of satisfaction to your tongue and mind. Going to local market and seeing variety of different fresh colours of fruits makes us happy. One should cultivate such habit for health and making own mind happy.

Local seasonal fruits are freshly available in market with less chemical preservatives. These are better than packed fruits and you don’t need to rely on supermarket for it.

We should not eat 2-3 fruits at one time. It  contains  all the nutrients in mixed form and we get less benefit from it. Instead of that eat only one specific type of fruits and it gives full benefit of that content only.

The excess number of fruits is also not required. We should eat at least one fruit on one single day.

These fruits increase your immunity. They are suitable to health. Also, helps to keep away from infection.

Vitamin C from Oranges increased immunity. One should not eat too much sour orange fruit.

Watermelon in summer keeps you hydrated and makes your body cool.

However, Dates in winter keeps your body warm. Banana is an all-seasonal fruit it is highly enriched with potassium which is good for your cellular activity in skin. Also, it increases immunity.

Mango in summer season works on similar principle. The heat from mango cures the heat in body during summer season. That is why we found mango in summer season. One should eat each fruit in a limit in order to receive its benefits.

Winter season fruits in India- Guava, kiwi, Orange, Grapes, Chiku,

Spring season fruits in India- cherry, pineapple, lychee, Strawberry, Figs.
