- Berries- The beautiful hue in the berries comes from the natural plant pigment Flavonoids. In research at Harvard, it is found that women who consumed two or more strawberries or blueberries in them each week delayed memory decline by 2-3 years.
- Tea & coffee- Tea and coffee consumption in the right amount boost your short-term concentration. Too much caffeine intake lowers your iron absorption in the body so one should take a moderate amount of coffee.
- Fatty Fish- Fatty fish are abundant sources of omega-3fatty acid and unsaturated fat like salmon, cod, tuna. It lowers your beta amyloid, the protein that forms clumps in the brain of people with Alzheimer’s disease. Try eating fish at least once a week.
